You can modify your reservation by logging with your email and reservation number on our website, or by contacting our customer service at info@rentacar.com. Please note that changes may affect your rate and availability.
When picking up your rental car, you'll need to bring:
- Valid driver's license
- The credit card used for the reservation (must be in the driver's name)
- Proof of insurance (if not purchasing our coverage)
- Reservation confirmation
If you experience any issues with your rental, please contact our roadside assistance at info@rentacar.com for help.
Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee equivalent to one day's rental. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
